This is why Aquila Accountancy offers set one on one workshops with business owners at a fixed price to solve their individual needs. There are three categories of workshops which are each 2 hours long. Each workshop has a fixed fee of £350.00 and can be delivered as a set course or as an individual unit.
Learn to review your costs like a management accountant
In this workshop, we will cover how to understand what costs are fixed and variable for your business. This is important to allow us to understand what profit each of your products and services create and whether any of these do not make you money. We will then look at how to ensure your business can breakeven and hit the sales target you are working towards.
Learn to analyse your cashflow to gain a deeper understanding of your business
This workshop is designed for those in business who want to understand why their cashflow and their profits to not align. We will cover common misconceptions over what profit means and how to manage your cashflow better.
Learn to read between the lines in a set of financial statements
Financial statements are used by many to analyse performance, whether you are speaking to a bank for a loan application or looking to win a new contract, they will review your financial statements. In this workshop, we will analyse what your financial statements says about you to ensure that the story matches your expectations.
